History
Judas was born to a rather average family. His father was a scientific researcher and his mother was more on the medical side. Both were smart- but both were remarkably childish. His childhood was usually being put in day care and being frowned upon for his naturally quiet nature. Life was not hard for the child- moderately tough- but not hard. His mother and father loved him and doted on him- and tried their best to be good to their child despite their antics. They loved him- they tried to take him places- but it was weird seeing two adults acting like children and a child acting like an adult. No one was sure why he had such a quiet nature- since he was a rather happy baby. He would laugh and giggle- but he would rarely scream or shout.
His family was around more during his school years- and he did rather well. Usually straight A's and the occasional B but had a hard time connecting with children his age. A teacher's pet from day one- he was usually singled out. However because Judas was such a hardy child he did moderately well and sucked up to the teachers so he could avoid playing outside. He filed- he cleaned- he took things apart and put them back together again. If anything- it was watching a small little house-husband dote over a classroom. The school faculty always had candy for him and little jobs for him to do and his responsible nature kept him rather well grounded even when his parents would show up randomly to 'kidnap' him from school.
He would say later on- the mature person was obviously the more liked person- which is why he had such a strange way of behaving, but as a child he just preferred it.
Distantly motivated to take things apart and put them back together- he found electronics and motor like things the perfect victims. His parents often found him taking apart toy cars and radios for whatever reason- but it still worked when he put it back together. Pleased- his overeager parents quickly fell into step of encouraging him and trying to see where his talents lied. They were not disappointed or tried to curb his dreams when the twelve year old found himself drawn to a mechanic shop. The people were just as zany as his parents- restoring cars and taking them apart and back together.
While the mechanics judged the scientists and the scientists tried to hide behind each other- the boy seemed oblivious as he hopped into the seat of a old mustang and felt at home. While most of the mechanics tried to understand his parents babbling- the man who was actually working on the car handed him a wrench and the two chatted while there was a meltdown/nervous wreck/war going out at front. It took another twenty minutes for the two oblivious workers to realize what was going on and decide they should probably fix that. Each day- he would drop by and curiously look around- since it wasn't that far from his home- and it was on the way home from school. Each time- the mechanics let him look and learn- and even help in some manners.
While it was mostly sweeping and running to get them water- his quiet and curious nature landed him a somewhat home- and the scientists apparently learned the difference with bikers and mechanics. They encouraged their child to talk and ask questions- and he did. He learned about cars- motorcycles- and really anything he could. It was the one thing he enjoyed. He didn't enjoy school- as his quiet nature grew into more and more of a problem- but he did well for what he could. His strong points were English and History- followed by Science - then lastly by math. His parents however never frowned on him- they always wanted him happy, leading him to a stable sense of worth.
His mother however soon developed cancer- and his father did what he could- but in the end his mother died and his father was worn into the ground. He stood at her bedside, not sure what to think about his life- as he had a great attachment to her. However knowing that his father came first- the seventeen year old took care of him. He delved into cooking, working at the mechanic shop for actual pay, and doing what he could to make his father happy. He was surprised that in all this time that the mechanic shop did love his family too- and did what the could to help out.
His father was not far behind his mother though- as he died from a stress related heart condition a year later. It shook the boy - but he didn't let it consume him. He tried his best to ignore it and keep working. A house in his name and a job kept him still going- and the two urns sat side by side on the mantle. His crimes were simple- mostly racing and other such things that left him rather strained. The motorcycle he originally had was trashed and he almost died. Charged with street racing- and hot wiring cars (Though he didn't actually do the latter) he was on probation. He has a associate degree in the arts- since he did want to eventually get degree in mechanical engineering- but currently he feels stuck. He doesn't feel smart enough to understand such things.
During the 'event'- he was given a wish of a motorcycle. It was designed by him a long time ago- but he never had the money to build it. His father and mother have their corresponding emblems tattooed to the side - so he rarely has felt closer. However he woke up to no one being at the mechanic shop- so he now runs the business himself. Hopefully he'll find his friends eventually.
Insignia Level 1
"Electric" - Level 1 - Underneath his eye is a long jagged yellow mark. If he touches the mark- he can either taze someone- or jumpstart a car and make it easier to jack. He doesn't really use it much- though it does make it easier to work on cars when he can send a burst of energy to turn on and off different things. It's easy to overdo but besides migraines and rather numb hands afterwards he seems to be able to work it rather well.
"Chirp!" - A small and ridiculously tiny little bird that seems to be able to change color. So far- it's only shown it's small canary like form. She- or Ria as she calls herself - says in times of danger she can turn into a fierce bird. She is often forcing Judas to talk and interact with people. He needs someone!
Extra
- Favorite season is autumn - While it doesn't hold the greatest memories, Judas enjoys the cool temperatures and the memories of the seasons. He enjoys thinking about Thanksgiving and Halloween. He likes to think about how his family spent time with him. He likes the colors of the fall and he likes just the feeling it has as it begins to turn cold.
- Blue is his favorite color - It might be a bit strange- but he loves the color blue. This includes his eyes- and clothes. He's mostly wearing blue. He has horrid fashion sense but everything goes with jeans and blue. Those are simple enough.
- Clueless about the whole faction game - Criminals? Law? Neutral? What's the exact point of those things exactly? He's been told he's supposed to do something bad and further chaos...but unless he has to- can't he just live a peaceful life? He doesn't want to be on the wrong side of anyone.
- Helpful to most everyone - Like above- he's helpful to most people. He'll try to help out animals, grandmas crossing the street, feeding homeless, you name it- he probably has done it at one time or another. His parents were strict when it came to giving things- and he likes the way it makes him feel a bit better.
- Loves to eat - Food is great.
- Often will talk to himself when he's alone - He's been teased more than once about this fact. He'll honestly just start to openly talk to himself and converse with himself as if he's answering and asking questions. It's a hard habit to break- he just enjoys doing it.
- Loves card games - It's on like Donkey Kong if you challenge him to Rummy, Poker, Blackjack, or any other stereotypical card game.
- Likes to donate toys to orphanages and children in need - Yeah, he's a sap. He enjoys seeing their faces light up.
- Oblivious to advances - Women and the occasional man has hit on him. He's oblivious to it. He just thinks they're weird.
- Usually a pushover with his friends - If his friends want to do something- he'll usually just let them drag him around as if he's just a baby. He just wants to make everyone happy.
